• The sketch will be sent after the payment.
• Commissioner can request WiP at any part of the process.
• The time for completion of the piece varies depending on complexity, simple illustrations can be completed within 3 days and detailed/complex pieces can take 3+ months.
• Due to the artist's backlog/schedule, faster completion or deadlines may require extra fees.
• Once the picture is finished, small changes like color adjustments / adding small details (or fixing mistakes) could be done for free.
• Any large changes (e.g., clothing changes, pose, setting) will be charged extra.
• Large and resized versions of the artwork are sent after completion.
• The artist may post the finished artwork as well.
• Private artwork or withholding the artist from posting may cost extra.
• The purchase is for digital artwork (not any sort of physical material).
• Refunds are not offered.
